Easier Ways to Exercise

If you’ve ever found yourself wondering how to fit in time to exercise between work, family, appointments, commitments (you name it), allow me to introduce you to an amazing and relatively new fitness program called Obé.

The beauty of Obé is that you can live stream or on-demand their 28 minute classes and choose from high intensity yet fun – keyword fun – sculpt, dance, HIIT, strength, power, yoga sculpt, stretch classes and more (note some classes are longer and they also offer express classes too)! Their instructors are some of NYC’s best and the monthly cost is about the price of one fitness class (or less if you sign up for their yearly plan).

Sounds too good to be true but I promise it isn’t! I happened to get introduced to Obé after Kelly Ripa mentioned it on Instagram and decided to try it out – their free week trial was the perfect introduction and I loved how you didn’t need much “equipment” but could still get an awesome workout. I’ve been using it for the past four months now and I am hooked – plus, it’s a great way to step outside your comfort zone to try new workouts, while still having fun and getting challenged!

If you’re looking for something different to do from home or when you’re traveling, definitely give Obé a try – I promise it won’t disappoint and all you’ll need is your computer or app to get started.

The hardest part may be deciding on which class to try first!
