
Anyone feeling extra overwhelmed with everything that needs to get done lately?
Maybe it’s that things are returning to more “normal,” which don’t get me wrong feels awesome yet still a lot?
Or it’s the end of school fast approaching and/or summer looming that switches up the life/work balance?
Perhaps it’s just that life in general has been hectic and a bit overwhelming since last March?
Maybe it’s all of the above?
Regardless, if your to-do list feels extra long lately, you’re not alone. You will get it all done, but don’t forget about yourself.
If you’re like me, it’s easy to push yourself aside, but let’s stop bumping you to another day, week or month.
Take time to step back, re-center, pause for some deep breathing and allow yourself to re-focus to see the true priorities – and make sure you are part of them! Whether it’s scheduling a workout or a dinner date to booking that massage or haircut, let’s all make a commitment to prioritize ourselves starting NOW!
After all, our health, well being and sanity matter most and we deserve this – here’s to being more mindful about ourselves and checking more things off our to-do list, including ourselves 🙂
