Good to the Last Drop

Who else loves the satisfaction of finishing up a product entirely before opening up a new one?

But do you hate when there may be leftover product inside that you can’t access?

Here are two of my go-to tricks that work for different types of bottles or tubes to help you eliminate any waste and utilize allllllllll the product.

If the product is packaged in a tube, cut it up – yes, I’m looking at you sunscreen, moisturizers, eye creams, etc! Yup, cut them open and you’ll be amazed to see an application or several (!!) remaining inside to use and enjoy. Depending on the size of the tube, you may be able to use the cut off portion as a top as you finish everything – that’s what I love doing with my Dew Skin (as seen above) and this tip usually yields almost a weeks worth of product to finish!

Or, if yours is in a bottle, first start by storing it upside to move all the product around. You may find a few easy applications that way. Next, try using an awesome tool like the Spatty, as it helps reach all the tight corners and works great for maximizing those last drops of your serum, face oil, you name it!
