
With Thanksgiving a little over a week away and Hanukkah starting next weekend, the holiday season is here!
Clearly it’s no surprise, but you may be in disbelief, too?!
While your to do list may already feel like a mile long, let’s all try to prioritize, so our focus remains on the right to do’s over the next month.
Sure, there is so much joy around shopping for the holidays, but it’s also about giving back.
Being present.
Keeping the peace… or trying to.
Remembering the true meaning of the holiday season.
Savoring time spent with family and friends, especially with holidays hopefully feeling more normal this year.
This probably won’t be realistic for us all, or for some, realistic at all, but sometimes it’s the little reminders that help us re-focus exactly when we need to and (try to) step away from such hectic feelings – I know I’ve been feeling more stressed and love these nudges to practice what I preach and to really maximize this time.
So here’s hoping these to do’s don’t add more stress, rather help us get through the holiday season feeling more present, grateful for new memories and, well, less stressed <3.
