Holiday to-do List Reminder

Happy Thanksgiving week!

As the excitement and fun of the holiday season continues to build, cue the increase of anxiety, stress and emotions.  

The holiday season is a joyous time, but can be tough for a lot of people.

To help strike a better balance, I love to bring back this more mindful holiday to-do list 🙂

Sure, there is still a lot to do over the holidays, but let’s try – keyword is always try – to slow down and take in these moments.

Shop with purpose and give back when you can.

Spend time with who you want to and soak it up.

Choose to lean more into simplicity as often as possible to round out the year on the best possible note.

Is it always realistic?

No, but choosing this mindset from the start can be helpful to fully enjoy the holidays.

So here’s hoping these to do’s don’t add more stress, instead, that this list helps us get through the holiday season feeling more present, grateful for new memories and, well, less stressed <3.
