Red Light Therapy

Are you familiar with red light therapy?

Over the holidays, I decided to buy and gift myself the Lumebox handheld, portable LED red light therapy (RLT) device after hearing about the many benefits of RLT over time. This powerful light activates the mitochondria inside our cells, which helps to improve blood flow, lower inflammation and yield more cellular energy.

My kids love using it at night before bed, as it’s super calming and I love that they can reap the benefits, too! And yes, it does come with goggles that I make my kids wear 🙂
