Staying Healthy This Holiday Season

We can all talk until we are blue in the face about trying to balance/minimize our stress during the holiday season, knowing all too well that it’s easier said than done.

But how quickly can we get lost in the shuffle of accomplishing all the things on our to-do list, finishing work before the holidays/time off, staying sane and healthy (or trying to), balancing all the indulgences and enjoying time with family and friends?

This amazing reminder from Carrie Vitt stopped me in my tracks when I saw it this morning, as yes, we know what stress can do, so screw that!

Instead, let’s enjoy these final weeks of 2023 and prioritize love, laughter and joy!

Enjoy being present with those who matter most!

Enjoy those delicious meals, sweets and drinks (January will bring balance!)!

Enjoy celebrating another year together and making memories!

Enjoy being intentional with our time and remember that it’s ok to say no to invites!

The holidays will fly by, as per usual, so let’s all (try to) enjoy the holiday season and celebrate our health as it’s so much more important than stressing about what we ate/drank, didn’t get done, etc – coulda, woulda, shoulda!
