After eyeing the Therasage personal sauna for years, I finally got it for Christmas and let me tell you, I am hooked!

I try to use it about 4-5x/week for about 20-30 minutes and it’s easy to relax/meditate or multitask while using it. I especially like that it’s so compact and portable, although I keep it set up in my basement (and it was simple to set-up). It’s super easy to use, love that it also has red light benefits (without any EMFs) and no off-gassing.
Hydration is key, so I always make sure I have my biggest Mason jar filled with either Re-lyte or Flavcity electrolyte water ready to go and drink lots before and afterwards.
