Post Solar Eclipse Hope

How was everyone’s solar eclipse experience yesterday?

Mine in northern NJ was fine – I saw a sliver, which was cool, but it wasn’t earth shattering for me nor did I except it to be.

I loved seeing all the amazing photos and videos from people who saw it in totality and it also got me thinking.

Throughout North America, people came to witness this eclipse together and what an amazing reminder about how magical life can be.

This experience left me hopeful for our unity and once again grateful for and inspired by the beauty of Mother Nature, especially after such a wacky week of crazy rain, then an earthquake and now this!

Just as incredible as this life can be, my above mantra from @spiritdaughter during Eclipse season served as another powerful reminder as to how to best use our time and energy.

So, let’s harass this energy together to live life to the fullest – remember it’s okay to say fuck NO, so we can embrace all the hell yes moments ahead!
