Hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day weekend! Who else, though, is feeling a bit overwhelmed as we await the official start to summer and (survive) the end of the school year?

Our daily pace has picked up, so be sure you aren’t forgetting to prioritize yourself in the midst of all the good, yet hectic things going on.

Pick up a book or the phone to call a friend or loved one.

Meditate or turn on some music or a podcast.

Lace up and go for a walk.

Make yourself a delicious, healthy snack and hydrate.

Here’s to putting ourselves and our health first for a brief reset, so we can tackle the rest of the ish on our to do list/calendar to enjoy an amazing summer ❤️
