Who doesn’t love convenience?
Sometimes when you just don’t feel like baking something from scratch, cue the search for better baked goods or mixes – spoiler alert, that usually doesn’t come so easily, as most prepared foods and mixes are filled with unnecessary additives and not the best ingredients.
So, when you do find a better brand like Go Nanas, which offers gluten-free, vegan and allergy-friendly bread/muffin/cookie mixes made from clean ingredients you can read and pronounce, you give them a try! FYI, I found them at my local Whole Foods store.
I made their banana chocolate chip muffins the other day and they were delicious! Admittedly a little sweeter than expected, so next time I will probably skip the maple syrup and perhaps opt to try the banana mix and add less chocolate chips.

Overall, these muffins were easy to make (you just had to add four ingredients) and a crowd pleaser, so definitely add them to your list of brands to try when you want something semi-homemade, delicious and clean š
