Stop what you’re doing and think about today’s to do list.

From work projects and adulting deadlines to child/family obligations and summer preparations, do you have anything on your list that’s for YOU?

Anything that will help your mental health?

Anything that allow you to reset and actually accomplish what’s on that to do list?

Love this reminder from @the.brainhealth.doctor, as we can be so consumed by all we have to do, but may forget – or push off – what we should be doing daily, and regularly, for our own health and well-being.

So, here’s to changing that mindset and a reminder to schedule some things today and this week for YOU.

Build into your schedule in a workout and a nice walk outside.

Have a dance party.

Call that friend/relative you’ve been meaning to call.

Take three deep breaths 3x/day and allow yourself five minutes to meditate and unwind.

Embrace the power of music and a good book.

We all can so easily get swept up in the day-to-day events that we tend to put ourselves last, but those habits change NOW!
