Fall is here and as we welcome in this new season, let’s kick it off right. This reminder from @theselfhug comes at the perfect time, so we can take a closer look at how we are allocating our energy.
Are we gravitating more towards energy takers vs. energy givers?
If so, let’s challenge ourselves this fall to be more intentional and say F it to the energy takers! We deserve better and instead, let’s prioritize energy givers.
Whether the givers are new to you or things that just tend to fall by the wayside, we can reap the benefits by being more mindful and better prioritizing our energy, so we can enjoy more like soaking up sunlight and nature, bettering our sleep and nutrition and focusing on movement and gratitude.
I know, I know, we are humans and we may need some of the takers: I’m looking at you social media, screen time, junk food, alcohol. But hopefully this is a great opportunity to realize how often we may be abusing this energy and how best to refocus and allocate for the better.
