Call me a broken record, but it once again Fall has been zooming by and somehow the holiday season is upon us – and didn’t Black Friday sales start earlier than ever?!
Whether you’re almost done shopping, need to start or looking for inspiration for when you’re ready, I’m here to help and I’m kicking off this year’s Holiday Gift Guides with gifts for her (duh ;)). As per usual, this year’s gifts focus on intentional gifting with ideas that will help bring joy, unleash the fun and boost your health. Some are new or tried-and-true and bonus for being as mindful as possible – by shopping small, shopping B Corps, etc – for gifts that prioritize time spent with family/friends, comfort and self care or overall voting with your dollar!
1 – If you aren’t already familiar with @ambitiouskitchen, Monique’s recipes are always delicious, super flavorful and nutritious, too. Her debut cookbook came out earlier this fall and looks incredible aka it would be a home run gift for anyone who loves to cook!
2 – The Oura ring has been on my wish list for years (don’t ask me why I haven’t yet pulled the trigger, but Santa, this is the year!) – not only does it look nice on, it also tracks over 20 biometrics, like your sleep, heart health, stress and activity levels (to name a few). Plus it’s HSA/FSA eligible?! Yup, this is the time to take full control of our health 🙂
3 – While the weather has been flip flopping a lot this Fall, my skin and my hands especially are already showing signs of dryness, thanks to said temperature changes and frequent hand washing. Thankfully our Beautycounter sale is here, so I can restock my favorite body butter – safer, luxe and works so well on my hands and body, too!
4 – Who else is a Birkenstock lover? I’ve been rocking these Boston clogs since High School – yup, they’re truly vintage now, ha, and I’m finally in need of a replacement. Love the timeless style, comfort and high quality craftsmanship to last me another 20+ years 🙂
5 – You know I’ve raved before about my obsession with certified B Corp, Mate the Label – love their leggings, sweatshirts, sleep pants, the list goes on. With colder temps here, cue my search for elevated yet comfortable cozies made from better, natural fibers like organic cotton, so I bought myself this waffle half-zip sweatshirt to wrap and put under the tree!
6 – Thanks to my wonderful friend Karen, my love for baking sourdough continues one year later and it’s now time for a beautiful, functional bread box in my kitchen. We all know how valuable countertop space is, so purchases must make sense and this Brabantia bread box definitely fits the bill – can’t wait to fill it with loaves from another B Corp company!
Happy shopping and be sure to check IG or my FB group tomorrow and Thursday as we round out the guides with gifts for kids and him!
