
Happy (almost) Thanksgiving and with Thanksgiving only two days away, we can finally say that the holiday season is here!
Tis the season for fun and QT with family and friends, but also cue the stress, anxiety, feelings of being behind and overwhelmed. Yup…..
But this year, let’s do it differently and these reminders from @onewordwellness couldn’t have come at a better time – they are the perfect push to prioritize ourselves and our joy and be intentional with our thoughts and actions, so we can really enjoy the holidays.
