
We blinked and somehow it’s double digit December – this month is flying by?!
And with so many fun events and traditions, as well as (I’m imagining) a longer to-do list than normal and the unfortunate but very typical holiday stress/anxiety, how are you holding up?
TBH, December has already been a blur for me – lots of good but I also feel like a walking like a chicken with its head cut off – so I realized big time that I need to refocus and make me and my self-care a priority right now.
Not only will this help me feel more at ease and in control with what’s on my plate, it will also help me be more present and enjoy this wonderful holiday season more with my family and friends.
So, whether you’re rooting yourself in traditions and listening to/watching old holiday favorites or seeking out new opportunities and prepping for a fresh start, let’s all take some time to focus on what we need right now. Yes, right now!! Also, let’s prioritize and treat ourselves to what not only makes us feel good but also helps us thrive during the busiest of times. I’m not talking about what someone else needs, what YOU need to make the most of December and get ready to welcome in 2025.
