Welcoming in Spring

With spring’s official arrival tomorrow (!!!), congratulations on surviving winter – we freaking did it 😉

In my opinion, there’s nothing better than experiencing all four seasons and I love the sights and sounds of spring, especially after Northeast winters – birds chirping, warmer temperatures, flowers blooming, rainbows after rain (hopefully not too much rain!) and shedding our winter coats. Not to mention, all of the hope and growth that comes along with spring’s arrival.

So, let’s use the start of spring as a time to reset, as needed!

Yes, take your time and prioritize your happiness, health and gratitude.

Resist the urge to rush and tackle things – instead, be more mindful about slowing down and doing what you can at your own pace.

Be confident in following your gut and intentional about people, places and things that matter – your time and attention is truly precious!

Lastly, remember that you can use spring as a restart of your year, if needed, because we can always start over ❤
