Facial Dry Brushing

We’ve talked before about the benefits of dry brushing your body, and if you already enjoy this healthy habit, do you dry brush your face as well?

While I am sometimes skeptical about adding another step to our routines – can’t we all get too tired, lazy or be too rushed to set aside that time? – I’m so happy I recently bought this Primally Pure brush and started incorporating facial dry brushing into my morning or evening (it just depends on the day, ha!)

Why?

First off, it’s quick and effective – you need no more than two minutes, after cleansing or with an already clean face, to detox, de-puff and invigorate your skin. Got dry skin? This brush is especially great, as the gentle exfoliation will work wonders on the dryness!

You’ll want to start at your neck and lightly brush downward to stimulate lymphatic drainage. Then, move up your face with short strokes until you reach your hairline.

Afterward two minutes, your skin will feel energized, brighter and ready for your AM or PM rituals. If you don’t already, incorporating facial dry brushing into your skincare routine will be a helpful step for smoother, beautiful skin.
