Favorite Finds: August Edition

Hope everyone is enjoying these final weeks of August! Here’s to closing out the summer strong and welcoming in September with some new and go-to favorites 🙂

• If you’ve been a die-hard Dew Skin fan like me (it was my first Beautycounter purchase oh so many years ago!), the return of Dew Skin with Counter’s launch couldn’t be sweeter! It’s honestly the perfect, lightweight tinted SPF 20 moisturizer and made with the safest, high performing ingredients – honestly something I hope I never have to live without, ha!
• Who else loves a good baseball tee? I just scooped up this long sleeve tee from Old Navy and it’s reminding me of a favorite from HS (and matching with one of my BFFs :)) Yes to 100% cotton and “vintage” always being in style!
• Passionate about clean living and saying no to all things toxic? Then, you have to read Lindsay Dahl’s new book, Cleaning House – I’ve just started, but it’s already so good and as if she’s sitting on your couch, having a conversation with you. Lindsay was always an incredible environmental health resource during her years at Beautycounter and I can’t wait to dive in and learn more from such an amazing expert!
• The newest Carolina Berry flavor of Six is so delicious and just like the Lemonade, one of the best tasting NA drinks I’ve tried – and I’ve a bunch! It’s an organic, clean, mildly dosed drink (with ingredients tested for purity and efficacy!) that makes you feel happy and calm, without a hangover and sleep disruptions. • While I’ve been missing our Beautycounter mascara, I’ve been trying out other clean brands and my newest favorite is Ilia’s Volumizing Mascara – love that it’s made with clean ingredients and delivers great, buildable volume, especially for sensitive eyes like mine!
