As our inbox continues to grow with Black Friday deals and the excitement and fun of the holiday season builds, doesn’t it also seem to cue increased anxiety, stress and emotions?
You’re not alone, as the holiday season is definitely a joyous time, but can be difficult for a lot of people, for a lot of different reasons.
To help us all strike a better balance, let’s bring back this more mindful holiday to-do list. Sure, there is still a lot to do over the holidays, but let’s all vow to try – keyword is always try – to slow down, be more present and take in these moments.
Shop with purpose, gifting intentionally, and giving back as often as you can.
Value your time and spend it with who you want to all season long.
Choose to lean more into simplicity as often as you can, so you can end 2025 the best possible way.
Will this be easy? No.
Will this always be realistic? No, but choosing this mindset from the start can be helpful and can ensure we all truly and fully enjoy the holidays.
So here’s hoping these to-dos don’t add more stress, but rather this list helps us get through this festive time feeling more present, grateful for new memories and hopefully a bit less stressed.
