Happy FebYOUary and woohoo, we made it through January!
While we have six more weeks of winter, there’s still something exhilarating about the start of a fresh, new month. It’s the month of love, so let’s prioritize loving on YOU during YOUR month!
So, let’s take a moment in between the non-stop busyness and stress to ask, what can you do for yourself this month? It’s all about you, so start by:
- Setting aside a block of time each week for something completely for YOU – a workout class, a massage, a manicure, a lunch or movie date, meditation, anything YOU want to do!
- Say NO more often and stay mindful of your energy, so you can say YES to people, places or things you really want.
- Take some time to free up your space – whether it’s your closet or inboxes, being intentional and cleaning out to make space for the items you want will help you realize any holes you have to fill.
- Focus on your health and make sure you’ve made all the necessary doctors appointments to start the year off right!
- Lastly, think about how you can treat yourself – big or small, just DO IT!
