Upgrade Your Workouts With Bala

Do you most often workout at home? If you’re like me and also like upgrading your workouts, Bala weights are the best.

Bala’s one pound weighted bangles have been my go-tos for my Melissa Wood Health and Obe Fitness workouts, whether using them on my ankles or wrists or holding them.
