April Favorite Finds – Travel Edition

Hope everyone had a great Easter and Happy last day of Passover! Last week’s social media break was so well needed, as my family and I had an amazing time unplugging and enjoying quality time together on spring break. We were lucky enough to return to Turks & Caicos and had the best time in paradise, so I’m sharing some favorites, new and old, that made our trip 🙂

  • I always try to prioritize buying clothes made from natural fibers and after stopping into Banana Republic after a long hiatus, I was so happy to see a lot of linen options, especially these tees. They’re lightweight, go with everything and made from 100% linen. When these tees were on sale, I had to buy cream and black and know they’ll definitely be my spring/summer go-tos!
  • While I love investing in high quality shoes, sometimes I can’t justify the price and that’s when Target can come in with an affordable W. As soon as I saw these Target sandals, I knew I had to have them – they’re super comfortable, versatile and look more expensive than they are!
  • You know my love for Quince, so when I needed to upgrade my carry-on suitcase to something a bit larger, I immediately ordered this Quince suitcase. I put it to the test last week and it was perfect – compact enough overhead yet spacious, affordable and sleek, too!
  • Who else loves a pouch? I bought the five pack of these Dr. Max’s organic cotton zipper bags last year and they are perfect when traveling or for everyday use, especially because they’re easy to clean and super fun to use/find. For this trip, I packed three with me – one as my makeup bag, another to throw into my bag for my must-haves (wallet, sunglasses, headphones, etc) and another for personal care products. Thanks to these, I was always organized!
  • Whether you’re planning on taking underwater photos, doing any water excursions or just want to keep your phone safe near the beach or pool, these waterproof phone pouches are awesome. they fit any sized phone, work great to take underwater photos and videos and even float if you drop it in water!
  • Of course I never travel without our trusty supplements and that includes creatine – and these travel packs from Thorne were perfect to ensure we’re reaping the muscular, strength and cognitive benefits while away!
  • In case you couldn’t tell, I’m a fanatic about safe sun practices and that includes being really diligent about applying safer, mineral-based sunscreen regularly. We used Supergoop and Counter’s SPF to keep us protected in the strong Turks sun and after all the time outside, our Counter Cleansing Balm was perfect not only as a cleanser, but as an overnight hydration mask on our sun-kissed skin.
