Do you take magnesium?

While there are so many different forms of magnesium, most likely everyone can benefit from taking at least one form of magnesium – magnesium glycinate – if you aren’t doing so already.

Why?

Magnesium glycinate is best known to help with sleep and relaxation and tell me who doesn’t need nor want better sleep and to be more relaxed? Clearly I’m no MD and therefore suggest you speak with your medical professional before taking, but I can share that regularly taking magnesium before bed has definitely benefited both me and my husband.

As we consistently take this awesome mineral nightly, we both find ourselves sleeping better, experiencing deeper sleep with less wakeups and less leg cramping, to name a few beneficial side effects.
